About Me

Hi, and welcome to Jessica Bell Psychology

My name is Jess (she/her/hers), and I'm an endorsed Counselling Psychologist and Relationship Therapist working with adults in private practice across Perth WA and online.

I aim to provide an authentic, grounded and compassionate space in which we work as a team to meet your specific needs. I prioritise an inclusive and diversity affirming approach, aiming to create an affirming space for members of marginalised groups.

Relationships are essential to our well-being as humans and as a trained relationship therapist, I am particularly passionate about supporting clients to develop emotional safety and strengthen bonds through improved communication and connection in relationships. I am particularly familiar with diverse relationships, including open and consensually non-monogamous relationships, as well as FIFO relationships.

In my work with adult individuals, I have a high level of experience working with bipolar disorder and related conditions and am incredibly passionate about supporting individuals and their loved ones in cultivating a life that works! My work in mental health first began with facilitating peer support groups with people living with Bipolar Disorder. This seeded my interest in the condition which has expanded into my private practice.

My clinical experience extends beyond these specific areas so please continue reading below to see all of my areas of treatment experience.
